I have spent the past 20 years in the real estate industry as Vice President and Director of Asset Management for Midwest First Financial in Omaha. Midwest First was a small investment company that bought, developed, managed, rehabbed, and sold residential and commercial real estate. My time at Midwest was spent overseeing the management and rehab of nearly 2000 single family homes.
I decided to start Elite Inspection Services as a way to pass on my knowledge of all aspects of real estate while being able to spend more time with my family. I'm happily married to my wife Debra and have 2 very active children. Being able to use my past experiences to provide insights into your real estate purchase is my ultimate objective.
